Every batch undergoes destructive cyclic top-lift testing, drop impact trials, and spectrophotometric UV analysis. Bulk packaging failure is not an option when transporting hazardous or food-grade compounds across ocean corridors.
Formulated with virgin homopolymer PP resin and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). Retains >70% tensile strength after 1,200 hours of continuous UV exposure, preventing brittleness during dockside outdoor staging.
Equipped with non-woven polypropylene felt cord or soft twisted yarn filler sewn into the chain stitch. Under hydrostatic powder pressure, the cord expands to seal all needle apertures, preventing micron-scale powder loss.
Woven from high-tenacity multifilament polyester and polypropylene yarns with break loads exceeding 5,000 kg per loop. Sewn down 300mm into the body fabric with safety lockstitches to withstand aggressive forklift handling.
Supplied with integrated form-fit LDPE, aluminum barrier foils, or EVOH gas barriers. Completely locks out ambient humidity and oxygen ingress for reactive chemicals, active pharma ingredients, and specialty food additives.
